Procedures for Complete Health Personal Training, follow for re-opening on the 22nd June 2020
For members/clients of CHPT and Gippsland Weightlifting
The doors will re-open to all group sessions on the 22nd of June.
Before entering the gym you MUST, spray your shoes with the can of Eucalyptus that will be sitting out the front of the door.
As you walk into the gym the is a wall-mounted hand sanitiser - please use on your hands.
Please bring a large towel - to be placed underneath you while doing push-ups, sit-ups, etc.
Please stick in the marked area that your Coach has provided for you.
At the end of the session, the Coach will tell which door to exit out of.
If you are sick - don't be a fool, stay away! You will be asked to leave.
YOU MUST BOOK FOR EACH GROUP SESSION - numbers are capped and we will not be breaking the capped numbers - you will go on a waiting list.
You will be required to wipe down all equipment you have touched/used. Wipes will be provided.
For Staff of CHPT

Before/after each session spray the gym space down with Lemon Proof
All equipment is to be set up before the session has started
Areas must be marked 1.5 keep with the rules of social distancing
Keeping all numbers at Covid Cap
Mats to be laid out for members
Workout wrote up
Ready to met and greet members as they walk in
Directing members after each session which door to exit
Ensuring all member bring a beach towel and for the towel to be used
Ensuring all members spray feet and sanitising hands before entry
Keeping a 1.5m distancing while briefing the workout and help members with technique
Directing members to wipe down equipment used throughout the session, providing the wipes
Reminding members to book for each session beforehand
If any member appears to have a cold/flu-like symptoms Complete Health Personal Training has the right to refuse entry.
